It's incredible how many babies and families I get to meet with my line of work.  Sometimes, I think to myself how blessed me and business are.  These are tangible memories my clients and I create together, and it's such an honor to play such an integral role in their lives.  Sweet Clara and her mommy saw me a bunch this year so it was so fun to watch her grow and I was so excited for her last session to complete out the baby plan that they chose.I loved this session so much so, that I have one of them hanging in my studio (the wedding shoe shot)!!!  This family was a complete dream to work with.

About this Houston Child Session

I look back on my children's first year of life.  The first couple of weeks- adjusting to the sleepless nights.. partly because the babes needed fed, but partly because I was terrified of the newness.  I blinked and before I knew it, they were crawling.  Between being a newborn and crawling, I got to see those first smiles, the way my babies lit up when I would pick them up, the safety and comfort I provided was a feeling I cannot ever forget.After they started crawling, it seemed like I blinked again and they were walking.  This first year is so easily forgotten and goes by so incredibly fast.  So when these sweet mamas choose a baby plan, I know that they will cling to these images in the same way that I do mine.  It's such an honor to be this person for them. <3  Be sure to scroll below to see the highlights from sweet Clara's session!
